“The kids from the wrong side of the tracks” is the right way to describe Four Two Oh. Originally made up of mostly very young kids from the poorer sectors of New Venice, Four Two Oh aged a bit over the years and though they still trend young, they have some older members in the ranks now too.

Kids born outside of the privelege afforded to a Gravely or a Traisley, the Four Two Oh was created out of necessity to play defense and protect the neighborhood surrounding 4th street and 20th avenue from outsiders and bad actors.

They've spread over time and though they don't get taken too seriously by the heads of most organizations, you aren't going to find a group hungrier to take some real power in this city for themselves.
