While the factions battle for supremacy on the streets of the city, there are others who have their own machinations.

To see the city burn? To save lives? To sell more... ice cream?

They might fight alongside factions, against them, or even stay outside of the battle entirely while they implement their grand plans.

Their goals may be known only to them, but these special heroes and villains of New Venice will certinaly have their marks left on the city as a whole.
